One big topic of conversation lately has been Swiss chocolate. We found out even more about the folks that made chocolate more available to the masses and how much the Swiss have helped to shape the European chocolate that we all know today. And you will probably be surprised to learn just how much chocolate the Swiss eat themselves! Although no one is talking about whether or not that is only their own Swiss chocolates, or if there is a little French chocolate and Belgian chocolate thrown in for variety's sake!
For our most recent pages we concentrated mainly on the Swiss and their chocolate genius. We do not, of course, mean any disrespect to German chocolates or other European chocolates, everybody gets a turn - as long as they keep making their fabulous confections for us to talk about.
