Like the super silly monkeys that we are, we've been updating like mad, with a chocolate chip cookie recipe or two, info onBelgian chocolates, Dutch chocolates, French chocolates and other European chocolates - and much, much more. Use ourchocolate chip cookie recipes to bake the ultimate chocolate chip cookie, then get some French chocolate or Dutch chocolate and bake a chocolate statue of Dr. Phil! Yea chocolate!

We are constantly learning more and therefore writing more about the wonderful world of chocolate! Everywhere we look we find new and exciting products being offered by come of the oldest and most well respected producers of chocolates in the world. It is not just that there are new products on the market, but also so many Dutch chocolates and French chocolates that we have yet to try.

And there are all kind s of ways that people are using European chocolate, there are even spas that specialize in chocolate treatments! And new ways to incorporate choclate into you meal plans. But, our favorite is always hearing about the health benefits of choclate, as if we need another excuse to indulge!
