Whether you prefer milk chocolate or dark, odds are that you also prize Swiss chocolates. They have been and remain to this day of the highest quality and are sold throughout the world to eager customers. From the time that the Swiss first started making chocolates they have won many awards for the taste and quality of their confections. All of this attention that was focused on Swiss chocolates helped to establish their reputation for being some of the finest European chocolates. Although their neighbors rival them with their French chocolates and Dutch chocolates, the Swiss have held firm with their standards of quality and creativity. Luckily for us, the popularity of Swiss chocolates has caused them to be available at many places in the US. Now you would be hard-pressed to not find Swiss chocolate in your local grocery or deli.

One of the most famous brands of Swiss chocolate is Lindt and if you know one producer of Swiss chocolate, it is probably Lindt. They make the most heavenly chocolate bars, which are made in a wide variety of flavors. Get them packed with hazelnuts or filled with caramel - and they can be found in more and more places here in the States. They also make delectable truffles which can be purchased in large bags filled with your favorite kind or a selection of a few different kinds. Let the truffle sit in your mouth until the small hole in the middle burst open and fills your mouth with its flavorful filling.
