Chocolate is a big part of many of our lives. We keep a little stash of our favorites brands in the house so that we needn't look far when the mood strikes us. Those of us who are even more serious about getting our chocolate fixes probably have a few tucked away in many of the places we frequent, from the car to the office. We can never be too careful with our chocolate and what if the mood strikes us and we have no access to our favorite treat? Our palates are also being affected as the chocolate that is available to us is of a much better quality than the candy bars that are made here in the States - and comparing the two is like comparing apples to oranges. Once you have tasted fine European chocolate it is awfully difficult to then go back to a lesser quality chocolate. You will find, instead, that you cannot get your fix from a bar that is filled with poor ingredients and lots of corn syrup.
