Zee French are rather well known for their bread, fries, toast, and most certainly their outrageous accents. Are you aware, however, that zee French are also quite savvy at making chocolate? Yes, madame, we French are some of zee most accomplished purveyors of European chocolate in the whole continent!

When you taste zee French chocolate, you are going to say "viola, j'mappelle fromage," - not because that has anything to do with French chocolate, but because it is zee only thing you know how say in French. But that it is ok, because there is no using talking about anything when zere are so many utterly decicious French chocolates to be devoured. Do you understand now, or must we going on with zhis nonsense?

Zee wonderful thing about French chocolate is that zee mere taste of the stuff will transport you, making you feel like you are sitting in a small cafe alongside zee Eiffel Tower, or zee French Riviera, listening to some wonderful according music and trying to decide whether or not to try zee escargot. Best of all, you can do this without ever having to leave your home of New Jersey. (Or wherever it is that you live zees days.) French chocolate is available to you over zee internet - a crazy little thing that one of your Vice Presidents, Al Gore, claimed he invented - but we French are quite skeptical of zhis claim. Zee French chocolate will soon be yours - can you smell zee rich, chocolat-y goodness? We can. We French thumb our noses at anyone who does not think that zee chocolate we make is the best in zee world, Belgian chocolate has nothing on us! The whole world agrees that French chocolates are incomparable. We know that there is also a lot of good Swiss chocolate, but they got the recipe from us!
