And yet we've managed to find a recipe that doesn't even compare to other chocolate chip cookie recipes! Our chocolate chip cookie recipe is to die for! They're made with 100% real chocolate! A Chocolate Chip Recipe to die for! 1 cup of butter, softened gently 3/4 cup granulated white sugar 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 extra large eggs 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 (12-ounce) package or 2 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chip 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, macadamia, peanuts, almonds, pecans, etc.) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix & Stir In a large mixing bowl mix together butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in eggs; beating very well. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture, stirring until thoroughly combined. Stir in luscious chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an un-greased baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from the baking sheet. Makes 48 super-fabulous cookies! So many recipes - so little time...
